The AWFS® Visionary New Product Awards are prestigious awards which recognize AWFS®Fair exhibitors for innovation and new-to-market products.
When participating companies introduce products to the market they apply to have these products judged at the upcoming AWFS®Fair. These new products must exhibit creativity, innovation, and leadership in green/environmental product development. Then, the hand-selected panel of third-party judges determine which product entries best meet the established criteria for each category.
New product entries are judged on quality, production impact, practicality, innovation and user-friendliness and the awards are presented only at the AWFS®Fair. The judges represents various areas of the industry, including professional end-users, woodworkers, and company owners.
All accepted product entries are featured in the New Product Showcase for the duration of the AWFS®Fair. The showcase is located in a prominent location during the show which affords all participating companies the chance to highlight their new product(s) to show attendees, exhibitors, and the press. The New Product Showcase remains one of the Fair’s most popular features.
