Careers in the Wood-Related Industries – This PowerPoint presentation profiles actual job positions in the industry as well as related industry facts and a sampling of job salaries. The presentation is available in a short and long version, in the following formats:

A note for teachers on the PowerPoint:
Useful presenter notes are included with many of the slides. You may be able to set up Dual Display, where your students can see the full screen presentation and you can view the slides with the slide notes (“presenter view”). If you are not familiar with this process, review this document: How to Show Power Point in Dual Screen.
Before you begin the LONG VERSION of the presentation…please note there is a video on slide 82. If using one of the versions above with the You Tube link to the video, it is recommended that you open the video in You Tube and have it ready to play prior to beginning the presentation, when you get to the slide you can minimize the PPT and directly access the video.
